PHOTO: "That's So Raven" Star Orlando Brown Wanted For DUI Charges

Last month, the former “That’s So Raven” star Orlando Brown was arrested by LAPD for an outstanding 2011 DUI arrest warrant. Now according to TMZ, police investigators are looking for him again after he apparently skipped a recent court date.
